Brian Hoar: ACT Late Model Tour
Beech Ridge Motor Speedway Race Report
SCARBOROUGH, Maine – Brian Hoar of Williston, Vt., finished sixth in the American Canadian Tour 150 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, Maine, on Saturday, July 30. Hoar started the feature on the outside pole after an impressive 9th-to-4th-place run in his heat race, and he cleared the polesitter on the first lap and went on to lead 43 laps. He would eventually be passed, and settle into the Top-5 for the rest of the race as his handling continued to go away. In the closing laps, Hoar battled with teammate Austin Theriault to give RPM Motorsports two cars in the Top-6 at the checkered flag.

Austin Theriault: ACT Late Model Tour
Beech Ridge Motor Speedway Race Report
SCARBOROUGH, Maine – Austin Theriault of Fort Kent, Maine, continued his strong mid-summer performance with a fifth-place finish in the American Canadian Tour 150 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, Maine, on Saturday, July 30. Theriault’s first ACT Late Model Tour Top-5 of the season comes one week after his impressive podium finish in the TD Bank Oxford 250 at Oxford Plains Speedway in Oxford, Maine – where he became the youngest Top-3 finisher in the 38-year history of the Oxford 250. The RPM Motorsports team will travel to New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Tuesday, August 2, to begin testing for the ACT All-Star Challenge, which will be held during IZOD IndyCar weekend at the track on August 12-14. Naples ME (8/2) The Pro All Stars Series(PASS) North super late models are back in action this weekend at Seekonk (MA) Speedway on Saturday August 6 and the teams that travel the east coast will all be looking to accomplish one thing – To see a PASS regular in the winner’s circle!
PASS has made an annual appearance at Seekonk Speedway since 2009 and the speedway’s home town heroes have claimed both wins. Tom Scully Jr. did the trick in 2009 and Dave Darling got the job done in 2010. The PASS pros have been plenty competitive, but its rare when the home track regulars shut them out of victory lane for two races in a row.

(Hudson, NH) – The 2011 season started out on a high note for Joey Polewarczyk and crew as they left the fast New Smyrna Speedway in Florida after capturing the Inaugural Goodyear Speedweeks Cup. Since then the season has been one to forget and according to Joey, the buck stops with him.
“I am more focused right now, than I have ever been. The time to turnaround our season is now and I feel our second half will mirror what we did in 2010.”

Canaan, NH — After an unexpected week off thanks to Mother Nature, the Valenti Modified Racing Series returns to the State of Maine, and the famed Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, in Scarboro, Saturday night, August 6, when the open-wheel, 600 horse-powered modifieds, compete in a 100 lap green-flag event.
Saturday’s event will be the Series fifth appearance at the historic speedway. To date, five different drivers have visited victory lane, at “The Ridge.”
